Hello all

Joined AE yesterday, and here comes my first Question; is it possible, to promote directly to a join-site, or do I have to promote one of the sites. If I have to create a site, is there no way, to just get it on my own server, do I have to use the AE server? And how can I find the default sites, created from AE-Admin-Webmasters?
